Transparent Music – BJ Cole and Guy Jackson

Guy Jackson joined BJ Cole on his Transparent Music 1 odyssey halfway through production and co-created a couple of original compositions to sit alongside neo-classical renditions of Debussy, Ravel and Satie.

Transparent Music 2 was the follow-up several years later with many of the tracks created from improvisation sessions and heavily edited at a later date. The involvement of Davy Spillane, Arve Henriksen and Mo Foster, amongst others, added sonic depth to the compositions pushing the boundaries of the classical ambient genre.
